- ➤ Arlington Heights Village Manager Randy Recklaus said that the Illinois Department of Revenue put measures in effect—after nearly $1 million in tax revenue from Cooper’s Hawk restaurant was misallocated to Rolling Meadows—and that only $109,000 was recovered in March while $1.1 million remains lost from 2011 to early 2020.
