- ➤ The Friends of the Arlington Heights Memorial Library will host a Spring Used Book Sale from April 11 to 13 at 500 N. Dunton Ave, offering adult items such as nonfiction, fiction, DVDs, Blu-rays, music CDs, vinyl records and audiobooks as well as children’s board books, picture books, easy readers, novels and nonfiction. Members Night will be on April 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. with sales held in the Hendrickson and Cardinal Rooms and silent auction bidding running from 6 p.m. Friday to 2 p.m. Saturday—sales continue Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and a bag sale for children is on Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. Journal & Topics Media Group
