Tom Hayes, who served on the Arlington Heights Village Board for 34 years including 12 as president—since his first election in 1991—said the upcoming April 1 election will produce the biggest turnover, and he urged residents to vote for Jim Tinaglia for Mayor and for trustees Jim Bertucci, Colin Gilbert, Argie Karafotias and Greg Zyck to keep the community strong.
